IOM Mongolia Participated in the Mongolian Diaspora Festival 2024
Ulaanbaatar - The "Council of Mongolians Abroad (Хилийн чанаддахь Монголчуудын Зөвлөл)" organized the "Diaspora Festival - 2024" on August 4, 2024 at the Choijin Lama Museum, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
IOM Mongolia participated in the festival and operated a booth to provide precise information on migration and diaspora and to promote IOM Mongolia's activities on relevant issues. IOM Mongolia has been closely cooperation with the "Council of Mongolians Abroad" since 2021 to advocate the rights of overseas Mongolians with improved information accessibility, evidence-based research, and reinforcement of connections of Mongolian diaspora with the Government of Mongolia.
The festival offered networking opportunities for Mongolian citizens living abroad accompanied by Mongolian national brand exhibitions, performances and concerts.
